Many times we would find a house that we liked and he would find a way to accommodate a showing the same evening. Whenever we had questions he was very responsive and always kept us updated as things evolved. Being first time home buyers in this market can be frustrating at times and Pontus did a great job at highlighting the positives, despite the situation, to keep us from getting too discouraged. Only realitor I'll recommend. I started searching for a house and I called a couple Realitors and Pontus is the one who came with through for me and was always on top of things!
